UK Delivery

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know a delivery has been attempted.

We'll email you a link so you can track your delivery when the order has been despatched.

Standard Delivery

Deliveries are usually made within 3 to 5 days of your order being placed

UK standard delivery is FREE for orders over £50, or £3.99 if your order is less than £50.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is £5.99. Place your order before 5pm Monday to Thursday or 3pm on Sunday to receive your order the next working day.

Next day delivery is not available to the following post codes

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is £5.99. Place your order before 5pm Friday to receive your order on the next Saturday.

Buy Online & Collect in Store

Can I have my order delivered to my local BANK store?

BANK now offer FREE delivery to a host of BANK stores.

Don't want to wait for your delivery? You can order online and have the order sent to your nearest BANK store for FREE!

We currently deliver to all BANK stores

Here's how it works:

Step 1 - Buy Online

Order Online selecting "free delivery to store" at checkout and chose from the drop down list which BANK store you want us to send your order to. Can't find your nearest BANK in the list? We'll be adding more stores very soon so please check back regularly.

The time it takes to arrive in store will vary from store to store, however would usually always be within a few working days.

Don't worry! We will send you an e-mail & text message (where a mobile number has been provided on your order) when your items are ready for collection at the store.

Step 2 - Collect In Store

Visit the store and speak to a member of staff about collecting your order.

Remember! When collecting your order please bring the following with you:
A copy of your confirmation email or text message and some ID (card used to pay, utility bill).

If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it's ready, we will send you a reminder email & text message after 7 days.

After 28 days your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be applied via your original method of payment.

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the weight and value.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

Delivery will take 4 to 10 working days after despatch

A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you send us an email at orders@bankfashion.co.uk.

Can I track my delivery?

It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. We'll send you a tracking link by email if one is available.

Do I pay customs or import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.
