How do I return something to you?

BANK Fashion website has ceased to trade however we will honour the 14 day return period for any orders placed online.

Online orders can be returned via post or free via collect plus within 14 days of receiving the goods

By Collect+

Collect+ has parcel drop points in over 5,000 local sites, most are open early 'til late, 7 days a week, so you can return items at a time and place that suits you.
Simply visit the Collect+ website where you can create and print a returns label for FREE. You can then take your parcel to any of the 4,500 local stores offering the Collect+ service and they will send it to us for you. You will receive proof of postage, online tracking and compensation cover up to £50.
Your return will be processed within a few working days and we'll send you an email to let you know when your exchange or refund has been processed.

We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility.

How long will it take to process my return?

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team , we'll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email within 10 days of returning your items contact our Customer Service team and we'll help you out.

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
