When I recieved this, I was very disappointed. Was just about to try it on when I noticed orange, foundation makeup stains on both the sides of the hood and inside,so my jumper has already being tried on/worn by somebody else. Also,the logo on the chest was already very cracked once you stretch the material slightly, meaning it will look worn out very quickly. Terrible service that 'BANK' sent the jumper out without checking it,or bi-passed the very noticable makeup stains, and also left 3 old price stickers on the 'Superdry' label,very badly ripped off. Returning this for a refund,very very disappointed.

This is a lovely hoody - like all of the Superdry hoodies. However, I have ordered two of these. First one arrived stained brown and grey - looked like it had been on the floor. Returned it and ordered a 2nd - same problem - actually it was worse. Would understand with just one, but both? Such a disappointment.
Gorgeous hoody... if you get a clean one.
