UK Delivery

How much is it?

BANK has a standard delivery charge of £3.99 and we'll deliver orders of £50 and over absolutely FREE!

Delivery to the Channel Isles may be charged at a different rate. Check the table at the bottom of the page for more info.

How long will it take?

Delivery is usually within 2 working days of your order being accepted.

Which courier do you use?

We use Home Delivery Network for all our UK deliveries. Deliveries to the Channel Isles and BFPO may be handled by Royal Mail depending on the weight and value of the order.

What is delivery SMS?

It's a new service at BANK that will help you make sure never miss a delivery. If you provide us your mobile number when placing your order our courier Home Delivery Network will send you a text message to let you know which day your order will be delivered.

If you're not going to be around for the delivery you have the option to change it. Just send a reply as instructed and you can move the delivery day up to three working days in advance.

And on the day your order is being delivered? You'll get a text to let you know an estimated delivery time!

When will you deliver?

Home Delivery Network usually attempts delivery anytime between 7AM and 7PM Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

If your order is sent by Home Delivery Network a signature is required but if you're not available our courier may try a neighbour and post a card at your address to let you know. If you're unlikely to be around it's probably best to send the order to another address as it is not always possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Can I send my order to another address?

Yes, of course. You can select a different address during the checkout and save it to your address book for next time you shop. You can update your address book at any time by logging into the site and clicking on my account.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The courier may try at your neighbours and leave it with them, posting a card through your door to let you know. If the courier misses you or your neighbours they'll leave a card and take the parcel back to the nearest depot where it will be held for up to 15 days.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. If your order is sent using Home Delivery Network we'll email you a link when the order has been despatched. Order tracking is available in the My Account page too.

Will you deliver to me?

BANK will deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland as well as a host of countries worldwide. Check out the table below for a list of destinations.

Please note deliveries to certain areas of the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands may take slightly longer.

I want my order to go to a BFPO?

We will also deliver to BFPOs. Standard delivery charge is £3.99 and orders will be sent using Royal Mail. Deliveries to BFPO usually take between 5 and 7 days.

What if I can't get to a depot to collect?

Don't worry. Just give our Online Customer Service team a call on 0844 264 0111 or email us at orders@bankfashion.co.uk and we'll help you arrange a re-delivery.

International Delivery

We now deliver to all of the below destinations. If your country isn't there send us an email and we'll consider adding it to our list of destinations.

International Delivery Charges

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the weight and value. We'll send you an email once the order has been despatched to let you know which carrier has taken your parcel.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you send us an email at orders@bankfashion.co.uk.

How long will it take?

Most deliveries are made from 7 days of despatch although this can sometimes take longer.

Can I track my delivery?

It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. We'll send you a tracking link by email if one is available.

Do I pay customs or import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.
